The objective of the Kaidu Mobile application and the Kaidu scanners
At Kaidu, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users and their data. The primary objective of our Kaidu Mobile application is to configure Kaidu scanners for smart automation purposes in physical locations. In order to provide this service, we collect data from the signals sent by mobile devices and other electronic devices in order to understand occupancy and movement.

Please note that all signals sent from mobile devices are anonymized and do not contain any personal information. Signals sent by other electronic devices are only identifiable for machine-to-machine communication using MAC addresses, which are not tied to any individual's identity and will not be used to tie to any individual's identity.
All data collected or kept on logs will be deidentified, aggregated, or otherwise anonymized. The Kaidu Mobile application enables installers to connect the plugs to Wi-Fi or LTE systems for data transfer to our servers.
If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy and data security practices, please contact us at info@kaidu.ai. We will be happy to address any issues you may have.
